Your Wedding Day Glow Up Awaits!
Hey there, beautiful bride-to-be (and bridal party)! At Glow Parlour, we're all about helping you rock a radiant, flawless tan that'll make you shine brighter than the disco ball at your reception.

Let's be honest, feeling confident and gorgeous on your wedding day is a must, and a natural-looking sun-kissed glow can totally elevate your whole look. Forget the patchy self-tanner disasters – we've got you covered with a personalised spray tan experience that'll leave you feeling photo-ready and turning heads for all the right reasons.

We highly recommend booking a trial tan at least one month before your wedding day.
This will allow you to see how the tan looks on your skin and ensure you have the perfect shade for your big day. It’s also a great opportunity to test out different shades and discuss your desired look with our tanning experts.

Remember, proper skin preparation is key to achieving a flawless tan. Exfoliate your skin gently to remove dead skin cells, and moisturise regularly to keep your skin hydrated. However, avoid moisturising on the day of your tan to ensure optimal adhesion.

Timing is Everything
We recommend scheduling your spray tan 2-3 days before your wedding, such as Thursday for a Saturday wedding.
This allows ample time for the tan to develop fully and the bronzers to fade slightly, resulting in a natural, radiant glow that looks perfect in photos. This also helps with any tan transfer happening on your wedding gown.

Group Bookings Made Easy
Planning a wedding can be stressful, so let us take care of the tanning! Gather your bridal party and head to Glow Parlour for a fun and relaxing pre-wedding pamper session. It's the perfect opportunity to catch up, laugh, and get ready for your big day together.

A Natural Glow for Your Face
While we specialise in creating a natural, radiant glow for your entire body, it's always best to check with your makeup artist for their preference regarding facial tanning. They can advise you on whether a full-body tan or just a body tan is best for your desired look.

Avoid Sun Exposure
To ensure a flawless and even tan, it's essential to avoid excessive sun exposure and sunburn in the lead-up to your wedding. Peeling or patchy skin can affect the application and longevity of your spray tan. Please do not use tanning beds, we will ensure your spray tan is applied evenly and will not look fake. Trust the experts aka us.
Aftercare Tips
To ensure your tan lasts as long as possible and looks its best, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise or swimming for 24 hours after your appointment. This will give your tan time to set and prevent premature fading.

Hydration is key! Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated, which will help your tan last longer. Also, consider using a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to maintain your skin's moisture balance. We have a range of aftercare products available at the salon to help you achieve the best results.

A Note About Wedding Dresses
Tan transfer can occasionally occur on the inside of boned wedding dresses. However, this is usually easily removed through dry cleaning after your big day. Having your tan done two days prior as advised will really help eliminate any tan transfer.
Skin Medication
If you're currently taking any skin medication, please provide details in your booking notes. This will help us recommend the most suitable tanning solution for your skin. If you are unsure on how your medication will react with a spray tan, please talk to your GP.
Still have questions? Please reach out to us, we would absolutely love to help you and answer any questions you may have.
We cant wait to pamper for your your special day.
